Return & Refund Policy

At Cosmetics by Briony, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your product is faulty or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

If the product is deemed faulty, we will return it to the manufacturer for assessment. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued based on the manufacturer's outcome.

Conditions for Faulty Product Returns

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, where possible.
  • Only items deemed faulty by the manufacturer will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

AfterCare Policy

At Cosmetics By Briony, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care before, during, and after your aesthetic treatments. Proper aftercare is essential to ensure optimal results and minimise any potential side effects. Please review the following aftercare guidelines:

General Aftercare Guidelines

  • Avoid Touching/Tampering - Refrain from touching the treated area(s) unnecessarily to minimise the risk of infection.
  • Avoid Sun Exposure - Protect treated areas from direct sunlight and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
  • Avoid Excessive Heat - Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for the first 24-48 hours post-treatment.
  • Skincare - Use gentle cleansers and avoid abrasive skincare products on treated areas. We sell post-treatment Essential Packs which are fantastic for pre and post-treatment skincare.
  • Follow-up Appointments - Attend scheduled follow-up appointments as recommended by your provider to assess results and address any concerns.

Specific Treatment Aftercare

For Injectables

  • • Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area(s) for the first 24-48 hours
  • • Stay upright and avoid lying down for 4-6 hours after treatment
  • • Ice packs may be applied as directed to reduce swelling or discomfort

For Skin Treatments

(e.g., Chemical Peels, Microneedling)

  • • Follow any specific post-treatment skincare regimen provided by your provider
  • • Avoid picking or peeling any flaking skin; allow it to shed naturally
  • • Use gentle skincare products and avoid exfoliating until cleared by your provider

I truly value my clients, time is valuable to every person. I do have a 24 hour cancellation fee and reschedule policy that applies to all services and booking. Thank you for understanding our time together is valuable.

  • The referring client receives $75 off a treatment when they refer a friend to Cosmetics by Briony.
  • The referred friend also receives $75 off their first treatment at Cosmetics by Briony.
  • A minimum treatment spend of $225 applies to redeem the $75 offer.
  • The $75 offer is valid on treatments only and excludes product purchases.
  • The referred friend must be a new client to Cosmetics by Briony for the offer to be valid.
  • The $75 offer cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • The referring client may redeem their $75 once the referred friend has completed a paid treatment.
  • There is no limit to how many friends you can refer or how many $75 credits you can earn.
  • The $75 offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounted treatments, unless otherwise stated.
  • Offer values may change at the discretion of Cosmetics by Briony.
  • All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and suitability assessment on the day.
  • The $75 credit must be used in one visit and cannot be split across multiple appointments.
  • The referring client must redeem their $75 credit within three months of the referred client's first completed treatment.
