Shipping Policy

We ship orders via Australia Post. All consignments are sent as registered post with tracking and require a signature on delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and Australia Post timeframes. Due to increased freight costs, complimentary shipping is no longer offered. Free in‑store collection remains available. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon handover to Australia Post, and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage occurring in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
