To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and manage our clinic flow effectively, we require a minimum notice period for any changes. Timing and Booking Requirements
To secure your appointment at cosmetics by briony, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This timeframe allows us to offer the opening to other patients on our waiting list.
If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your scheduled slot, a late cancellation fee will be applied to cover the clinical costs and practitioner time already allocated to your care. For certain specialised aesthetic surgeries, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your surgical suite and staff availability
.We strive to be fair and patient-friendly. In instances of documented medical emergencies or sudden illness, we may waive fees at our discretion, as your health and well-being remain our absolute priority.
Please contact our clinic directly via telephone as soon as you realise you cannot attend your appointment so we can discuss the best way to move forward with your treatment plan and find a new date that works for you.
Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions
Please arrive on time for your session to enjoy the full duration of your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it entirely to avoid delaying the next patient, which will result in a missed appointment fee.
No-shows, where no prior contact is made, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service & any further appointments will require a desposit.
